About MFS
Michigan Fertility Services (MFS) is the newest IVF practice in Michigan. The practice was founded and headed by Professor Awoniyi Awonuga following the closure of Wayne Health/Wayne State University IVF. The practice is an offshoot of Wayne State University/Wayne Health Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Unit, the first of such a practice and reputed to be responsible for the first IVF baby in Michigan under the former Professor Kamran S. Moghissi of blessed memory. Professor Awonuga (Niyi for short) is well known in the area and has been helping couples achieve their dream of having a baby in Michigan since 2007. This practice also supports the need for our medical and graduate students, our OB/GYN Residents, and medical endocrinology fellows to have access to comprehensive, informative, high-tech, and up-to-date training and information about the practice of infertility and reproductive endocrinology.
